Remanufactured Ford 3.5L EcoBoost Available from JASPER®
The Ford 3.5L EcoBoost Turbo GDI engine is one of the latest remanufactured engines now available from Jasper Engines & Transmissions. EcoBoost engines are designed to deliver power and torque consistent with larger displacement (cylinder volume), naturally aspirated engines while achieving better fuel efficiency and fewer greenhouse emissions.
The JASPER® remanufactured Ford 3.5L EcoBoost engine is available for the following Ford and Lincoln applications:
• 2011-2016 F150
• 2015-2017 Expedition & Navigator
• June 2015-2019 Transit 150, 250 & 350
According to JASPER New Product Development Group Leader, Brad Boeglin, the JASPER remanufactured 3.5L EcoBoost engine includes forged aluminum pistons for excellent strength and
durability. The Inconel exhaust valves installed on this engine compensate for the boosted GDI’s increased in-cylinder temperatures and high pressure.
Optional turbochargers for the Ford 3.5L EcoBoost are not included on the engine but can be purchased through JASPER. A brand-new set of injectors can also be purchased with the engine; it’s highly recommended!
JASPER remanufactured gas engines are built to meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer measured tolerances. Engine castings are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and machined to exacting tolerances. Engines include all new wear parts and are live-run tested for reliability. The Ford 3.5L EcoBoost Turbo GDI engine is covered by a nationwide, transferable parts and labor warranty of up to 3 years or 100,000 miles.
