A BUD is a fellow Associate-Owner who was also new to JASPER at one time. The BUD meets with the new Associate-Owner to help them become more comfortable in their new environment. The BUD will get to know you on a more personal level and answer any questions you may have as you transition into the JASPER culture. The BUD will help you understand many of our policies and procedures as well as introducing you to other members of the JASPER family.

Those who are currently serving on active military duty, along with those who have served previously, bring with them the primary qualities JASPER is seeking in Associate-Owners to join our team: Loyalty, Dedication, Work Ethic, Teamwork, Punctuality and Problem-Solving skills, just to name a few.

As such, JASPER has developed a Continuous Improvement, or C.I., program. With our C.I. program, you simply complete a quick form on an idea you have, and if that idea is implemented, you can earn some extra cash!
At JASPER Health WoRx, we’ve flipped the traditional health clinic model upside down! When you go to JASPER Health WoRx, your waiting time is very short (usually under 5 minutes!) which allows our caring staff to spend more time with you!

JASPER realizes that a steady and consistent work schedule is a valuable benefit for our Associate-Owners. A consistent work schedule provides for a steady income, improved budgeting, family stability and happier, more fulfilled Associate-Owners. Since we were established in 1942, JASPER has maintained a steady work schedule, and we have never dropped below 40 hours per week.
