Diesel Injectors
JASPER’s Fuel and Air Components Division offers both electronic and mechanical remanufactured fuel injectors for such popular applications as the HEUI 7.3 and 466, the 6.0 and 6.4, Bosch Common Rail and a variety of injectors for a number of engine makes and models.
JASPER’s 6.0L injectors receive such items as improved coil assembly end caps; a new spool valve to prevent stiction; new D-ring, D-ring clip and ferrule ring; new connector and O-ring; as well as a new nozzle.
Every injector is thoroughly tested to assure quality performance. Mechanical injectors are tested for opening pressure, spray pattern, atomization and leakage. Electronic injectors are additionally tested for flow.
Remanufactured injectors from Jasper Engines and Transmissions carry a One Year Parts & Labor Warranty with no mileage restrictions. A full warranty disclosure is available on this website.
