Other Diesel Components
JASPER® offers accessories and components for the extremely popular International/Ford 6.0L diesel engine in addition to fuel pumps, injectors and turbochargers. These additional items include heads, FICM (Fuel Injection Control Module) and EGR Cooler.
The same quality that goes into JASPER remanufactured Diesel Engines and its Fuel and Air Components extends to its line of Diesel Accessories and Components.
Heads for the 6.0L receive new intake & exhaust valves, new injector tubes & glow plug tubes and new intake & exhaust seats. Every head is Magnaflux inspected and pressure tested to ensure that the head is free of cracks. JASPER also improves the surface finish of the head to 150 Rz or lower in order to prevent leaks. Heads are also vacuum tested to assure proper sealing with the block. To ensure an easier installation, JASPER includes the head gasket, head bolts and replacement push rods.
EGR Coolers offered feature:
- Stronger stainless steel design
- TIG welded seams and joints
- Tube-style design to reduce fatigue
- Direct-fit design for fast installation
These EGR Coolers are JASPER tested and approved for your assurance of quality and performance. JASPER also includes the hose, O-ring and gasket to complete the installation.
Jasper Engines and Transmissions offers three part numbers of the 6.0L Fuel Injection Control Module to offer complete coverage of applications. The FICM is pre-programmed and calibrated to OEM specifications, saves you time and money in programming and comes with a one year parts and labor unlimited mileage warranty.
